It is an Edutech company specialized in providing Online Home/Regular School, Foundation School franchise, Curriculum Solutions, Technology Empowered Training Program, establishing K-12 World Schools and various educational tools. EMES is founded by Dr. Latha Murthy & other educationists, who are renowned passionate Educators with more than 120 years cumulative expertise in the field of Education, Administration & Technology. With a rich 40 years of expertise and experience in teaching, academics, administration, management, training, curriculum development and leading of schools, Dr. Latha Murthy is the torch bearer of this company. She has rich experience in Preschool, CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE & IB curriculum. Her strengths include: collaborative leadership, strategic planning, empowering educators to develop their leadership and instructional skills, independent academic program development in technology, academic coordination and leadership in community and pedagogical programs, and identification / implementation of organizational programs. She has been a progressive person to undergo more than 100 Microsoft Certification courses and is Microsoft Innovative Educator certified. With a Vision to bring in a change in the educational fraternity she has established a unique services and training providing company to help educational institutions understand the NEED of the HOUR and become 21st century futuristic teaching & learning Institutions. She says that the torch bearers of our Schools & Colleges need to bring in a change in – the way we teach and what we teach!

Anita Anil Gupta

Director

Anita Anil Gupta is an accomplished professional in the field of early childhood education. She has a diverse range of skills, including phonics, curriculum design, parenting mentoring, content writing, child psychology, and public speaking.

Anita completed her secondary education at Navjivan Vidyalaya High School in Mumbai, earning her MSBSHSE (SSC) certificate. She then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Sarvodaya Balika University, also in Mumbai. Additionally, she obtained Nursery Teachers Training (NTT) certification from Bangalore, and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) certification from the same city. She has been recognized as a POCSO Torch Bearer for her contributions to the field.

Anita currently serves as the director of Empowered Minds Edu Solution LLP, where she leverages her expertise to create impactful educational programs. She has been recognized with several awards for her work, including Little Genesis’ Top Promising Preschool in Bangalore at the Education Excellence Conclave by Global Triumph in 2021, and Little Genesis’ Best Preschool for Interactive and Innovative Curriculum at the DigiTechno Cognitive Symposium in 2022.

With her extensive experience and diverse skill set, Anita Anil Gupta is a highly respected figure in the field of early childhood education.

His efforts contributed significantly to the company’s success, helping to create a culture of ethics and integrity.

Naveen is a strategic thinker, and he brings this approach to his work as the Sales and Marketing Director. He is skilled at analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth. His ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions has been crucial in helping the company to stay ahead of its competitors.

As the Sales and Marketing Director, Naveen is responsible for managing a team of sales and marketing professionals.
